agencies, prime government contractors, subcontractors, national laboratories,

Burt Newmark, President and CEO of Technadyne brings to the table over thirty
years of extensive experience in engineering, management, consulting and
working within the government sector. He has a BS, a MS and a PE in Nuclear
Engineering. A brief resume of his experience includes:
United Aircraft in Hartford, Connecticut -- two years designing power plants
for advanced space vehicles.
Westinghouse Electric Corporation -- seven years participating in the design
of the Clinch River Breeder Reactor.
Argonne Labs -- two years as the Westinghouse demonstration plant on-site
representative evaluating and steering the types of experiments being conducted
at Argonne in support of Westinghouse's programs.
Deparment
of Army - four years as Assistant to Nuclear Operations
which included weapons and reactor systems safety.
Department of Energy -- four years as Chief of Programs Development and
Requirements Branch dealing with developing and promulgating all DOE orders.
Represented the U.S.Government in Safeguards and Security questions and served
as the U.S. representative to the International Atomic Agency in Vienna, Austria.
Chief of Physical Protection and Development Branch for the DOE which was
responsible for the design development and implementation of advanced safeguards
and security systems for Department of Energy applications. Responsible for
the safeguards and security research and development conducted at Sandia
National Laboratories, Los Alamos, Argonne, Brookhaven, Livermore and by
a variety of private consulting organizations who had contracts with the DOE.
